Hill Queen is a mixed-use residential development in Dehradun, thoughtfully designed on a highly irregular six-sided site. Conceived to balance premium living with commercial viability, the project integrates active retail floors with climate-responsive residences that maximise Mussoorie valley views to the north and winter sunlight to the south.
