Sarovar Portico is a hospitality project in Dehradun, centred around a 10,000 sq. ft. column-free banquet hall that anchors the development. Planned to maximise views of landscaped courtyards and the Mussoorie hills, the hotel combines a timeless classical architectural language with thoughtful spatial planning and operational efficiency to deliver an elevated guest experience.

Designed with long-term adaptability in mind, the property has since evolved to be operated under the Taj Gateway brand.
